Full-Arch Treatment in the UAE Context

Unlike aesthetic laser pages, the UAE angle here is medical and practical rather than climatic. Draft copy direction:

Diabetes-aware planning:

the UAE has one of the region’s higher rates of type 2 diabetes, a key factor in implant planning. Cosmolaser screens HbA1c as part of candidacy — well-controlled diabetes is rarely a barrier to full-arch treatment, but it must be planned for. This positions clinical thoroughness as a differentiator.

Sharjah value positioning:

identical full-arch protocols are frequently quoted 20–30% higher in Dubai. Patients from Al Nahda, Mirdif, Al Qusais and Deira reach Cosmolaser in under 25 minutes. State this factually without naming competitors.

GCC accessibility:

for patients travelling from Oman, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC, the treatment sequence is structured into grouped visits with WhatsApp-based remote pre-assessment from existing X-rays. Mention explicitly — this paragraph is the medical-travel hook.

Calendar flexibility:

for patients planning treatment around Ramadan or summer travel, surgical and restorative phases can be scheduled across separate periods without compromising outcomes.

What Is Full-Arch Implant Treatment?

Full-arch rehabilitation replaces an entire upper or lower set of teeth on 4–6 dental implants, rather than one implant per missing tooth. A fixed bridge of teeth is secured to the implants — it does not come out at night, does not move when eating, and restores 85–90% of natural bite force compared with roughly 20–25% for a conventional removable denture.

At Cosmolaser, every case begins with in-house CBCT (cone-beam 3D imaging), allowing the implantologist to map bone volume, nerve position and sinus anatomy before any surgery is planned. Where bone volume allows, implants can be loaded with a provisional fixed bridge within 24–72 hours of surgery — the protocol commonly known as “teeth in a day”. Definitive prosthetics are fitted after integration, typically at 3–4 months, in coordination with our visiting prosthodontists.

Tone check: clinical and confident. No superlatives (“best”, “painless”, “guaranteed”). MOHAP-safe phrasing: “for suitable candidates”, “outcomes vary by individual anatomy”.

Case-dependent

Very few clinics in the UAE perform zygomatic implant surgery in-house; most refer abroad or fly in visiting surgeons at premium cost and long waits. Cosmolaser offers it with a full-time resident implantologist — surgery, follow-up and any adjustments handled by the same surgeon, in the same clinic. This paragraph is the core positioning of the entire page.

Frequently Asked Questions

We’ve gathered the most common questions to help you feel informed, confident, and ready for your journey with us.

How many teeth do full-arch implants replace?

A complete upper or lower arch — typically 12–14 teeth — supported on 4 to 6 implants, fitted as one fixed bridge.

Can I get fixed teeth in one day?

For suitable candidates with adequate bone, a provisional fixed bridge can be secured within 24–72 hours of implant surgery. The definitive bridge follows after healing, usually at 3–4 months. Your CBCT assessment confirms whether an immediate-load protocol applies to you.

I was told I don’t have enough bone. Am I still a candidate?

Often, yes. Tilted-implant protocols such as All-on-4 avoid grafting in many cases, and for severe upper-jaw bone loss Cosmolaser offers zygomatic implants — a graftless solution anchored in the cheekbone. A CBCT scan gives a definitive answer.

Is the procedure painful?

Surgery is performed under local anaesthesia with sedation options available. Most patients describe post-operative discomfort as manageable with standard analgesia for a few days.

How long do full-arch implants last?

With good hygiene and scheduled maintenance, implants themselves can last decades. The prosthetic bridge may require servicing or renewal over time depending on the material chosen.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Every treatment plan above AED 3,000 includes staged payment options, discussed in writing at your assessment.
