Endolaser — known generically as Endolift — is a minimally invasive, non-surgical laser treatment that delivers targeted laser energy beneath the skin’s surface to stimulate collagen production, tighten lax tissue, and achieve a visible lifting effect without the need for anaesthesia or surgery.
At Cosmolaser Medical Centre, we perform Endolaser treatments using the Endo-One device — a precision laser system that delivers controlled energy through ultra-fine optical fibres placed just beneath the skin. The laser energy simultaneously tightens the deep structural layers of the skin and reduces localised fat deposits, resulting in a firmer, more defined contour.

Contraindications: Endolaser is not recommended for patients with active skin infections, certain autoimmune conditions, or those who are pregnant. A full medical consultation is conducted prior to all treatments at Cosmolaser.
A detailed facial assessment is conducted by our clinical team. Treatment areas, depth, and energy levels are mapped to your individual anatomy and goals.
The skin is cleansed and a topical anaesthetic cream is applied. Local anaesthetic injections are administered to the treatment area for complete comfort.
Ultra-fine optical fibres are inserted through micro-entry points (less than 1mm). The Endo-One device delivers laser energy subcutaneously, heating the deep dermal and subdermal layers to the precise therapeutic temperature.
The laser energy causes immediate tissue contraction and initiates a sustained collagen remodelling response that continues over the following months.

The procedure is performed under local anaesthetic, making it very well-tolerated. Patients may feel mild pressure or warmth during the treatment. Post-procedure discomfort is minimal and typically managed with standard over-the-counter analgesia.
A facial Endolaser session typically takes 45–90 minutes depending on the number of treatment areas. Body treatments may take slightly longer.
